Founded in 2022, Iniya Events began as a passion project — bringing together a close-knit team of friends dedicated to creating meaningful and beautifully curated celebrations. What started with supporting friends and family has grown into a refined event planning service known for its elegance, creativity, and attention to detail.


Led by Dr Jishanthan Ragunathan, Iniya Events is built on a foundation of trust, care, and precision. Inspired by a desire to help others celebrate life’s most important moments following the COVID era, our team is committed to delivering seamless, unforgettable experiences.


As a company run by friends, we pride ourselves on a warm, personal approach — working closely with each couple to bring their vision to life. Specialising in luxury weddings and bespoke events, we combine cultural understanding with modern design to create celebrations that are both sophisticated and truly memorable.

You celebrate, we handle the rest — creating an experience that you and your guests will never forget.

We recommend getting in touch as early as possible to secure your preferred date and suppliers.


  • Weddings & Large Events: Ideally 6–12 months in advance
  • Mid-size Events: Around 3–6 months in advance
  • Smaller or Last-Minute Events: We can often accommodate 4–8 weeks’ notice, depending on availability

That said, if your event is sooner — don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll always do our best to bring your vision to life, even on a tighter timeline.

Our service charge depends on the level of support you need, as every event is unique. We offer flexible options to suit different requirements:


  • Full Event Management: Typically 10–15% of the total event budget
  • Partial Planning: From £300–£1,000+, depending on scope
  • On-the-Day Coordination: From £500-£1000, depending on scope
  • Dry Hire Services: Priced per item or package (e.g. marquees, décor, equipment)
